The Zetland Mailer is a strong, cost-effective alternative to padded envelopes and has consistently proven popular with eBay sellers, printers, mail-order businesses, and bookshops across the UK.

Postal Cost Savings

• 3 mm board: Suitable for Royal Mail Large Letter rate when the enclosed item thickness is under 8 mm

• 1.5 mm board: Suitable for Royal Mail Large Letter rate when the enclosed item thickness is under 15 mm

This allows thinner items to be sent securely while reducing postage costs.

About Our Mailers

We have been manufacturing cardboard mailers for over 10 years and offer a wide range of sizes. All mailers are produced using recycled cardboard and are fully recyclable after use.

Design

Each mailer is designed to fold neatly around the contents, holding items securely during postal transit. Perforated strips allow the width to be adjusted easily for a close, tailored fit.

Protection

When folded, the mailer provides three layers of cardboard on both the front and back of the item, along with integrated crush zones at either end to protect against knocks and drops.

Cost Efficiency

Mailers up to size 2 can be used to send thinner items at the Royal Mail Large Letter rate, provided the total thickness does not exceed 25 mm. To support this, our mailers are available in multiple board thicknesses. For example, an E-flute mailer can safely send a DVD using the Large Letter service.
