What types of boxes do you manufacture?
We manufacture a wide range of corrugated cardboard boxes, including standard postal boxes, die-cut boxes, storage boxes, book mailers, moving boxes, and bespoke packaging solutions tailored to customer requirements.
Do you offer bespoke or custom-sized boxes?
Yes. We specialise in bespoke box manufacturing. If you require a specific size, style, or strength not listed on our website, please contact us to discuss your requirements. Custom tooling and production are available for short or long runs.
Where are your boxes manufactured?
All of our boxes are manufactured in-house at our factory in Market Weighton, allowing us to maintain consistent quality control and offer reliable lead times.
What materials do you use?
Our boxes are produced using high-quality corrugated cardboard, including E, B, and double-wall flutes. Most of our materials contain a high percentage of recycled fibres and are fully recyclable and, in many cases, compostable.
Are your boxes environmentally friendly?
Yes. Sustainability is important to us. Our cardboard packaging is made largely from recycled materials and is 100% recyclable. We also offer plastic-free alternatives where possible.
What board thicknesses do you offer?
We manufacture boxes in a range of board types, including:
E Flute (approx. 1.5mm)
B Flute (approx. 3mm)
Double Wall (approx. 4–5mm)
We can advise on the most suitable board depending on your product and shipping needs.
Do you supply boxes suitable for Royal Mail size limits?
Yes. We offer a wide selection of boxes designed to meet Royal Mail Large Letter, Small Parcel, and Medium Parcel size requirements. Product descriptions clearly state whether dimensions are internal or external.
What are your minimum order quantities?
Minimum order quantities vary by product. Many stock items are available in small pack sizes, while bespoke boxes may require higher minimum quantities depending on tooling and materials.
How quickly can you dispatch orders?
Stock items are usually dispatched quickly, often within 1–2 working days. Lead times for bespoke boxes will be confirmed at the time of quotation.
Do you offer collection as well as delivery?
Yes. Orders can be delivered or collected directly from our factory by prior arrangement.
Can you help me choose the right box?
Absolutely. Our experienced team is happy to advise on box size, board strength, and design to ensure your products are well protected and postage costs are minimised.
