Returns and Refunds Policy

At Zetland Boxes Ltd, we are committed to supplying high-quality packaging products and providing excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our returns and refunds policy below.

1. Standard Stock Items

Returns

  • Standard stock items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return carriage, unless the goods are faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • Refunds are normally processed within 5–7 working days of receipt.

2. Bespoke / Custom-Made Products

  • Bespoke, custom-sized, or made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless faulty or supplied incorrectly.

  • This includes custom dimensions, printed boxes, or any products manufactured specifically to customer specifications.

3. Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If you receive goods that are faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where possible.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders for standard stock items may be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it must be returned in accordance with our returns policy.

  • Bespoke orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

5. Collection Orders

  • Items collected from our Market Weighton factory should be checked at the time of collection.

  • Any issues must be raised before leaving the premises or within 48 hours for packaged goods.
